Shipping policy
Processing Time All products are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. During peak seasons or holidays, production times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times Once your order has been produced and shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
These are estimates and not guarantees. Delays due to carrier issues, customs, or weather are outside our control.
Tracking You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way.
Carriers Orders are fulfilled through our print-on-demand partners and may ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on your location and the items ordered.
International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by your local customs authority.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at previcio@mooncabincollective.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Include your order number and photos of any damage, and we'll make it right.
