Guide at the Ridge · The High Peaks
Elmeg the Wise waits in the High Peaks, where an ancient tree holds the shape of an ageless guide. Travelers meet him at the Ridge before the road turns toward the Dripfield.
His teaching is the Ritual of the Tumble: loosen your hold on a fixed path, surrender your balance, and discover the rhythm that carries you forward. Elmeg offers that choice to each traveler; he does not make it for them.
